    Before a form can send out e-mails on behalf of a specific e-mail address (the sender), the email address first need to acknowledge this is allowed when using our hosting environment. This is a requirement which helps fight spam and sending of e-mails per the policies of Amazon SES (Simple Email Service). White listing your sending e-mail address is very simple, see the instructions in this video;

    Please make sure you have properly configured the form. This means you’ve filled in the following form fields with a correct value:

    - email address to notify: email address you want to use as the recipient of a submitted form
    - sender email: email address you want to use to send a submitted form

    If you're convinced you have properly configured said fields you need to direct your support question towards your email provider. How emails are handled after somebody presses the submit button on your form has nothing to do with the theme. Your WordPress installation delegates the handling of emails to a web server controlled by your hosting provider.

    As a theme provider we are not in control of both your WordPress installation and the web server. The people who are in control is the site owner (probably you) and the hosting provider. And since you're asking for support, fixing it falls squarely on the shoulders of the one providing the email service. In most cases this is your hosting provider.

    This has nothing to do with the theme. Please ask your email service provider for support.

    Yes, simply add a "File Attachment Input" widget to the form fields

    A List (Multi select) is an input element that allows users to select 0, 1 or more items from a list. Users can select and de-select items from that list by clicking on those items. The selected items will be submitted. Note; this would work the same as multiple checkboxes, only difference is that you don't see the checkbox itself. If you want to see the checkboxes, simply add multiple checkboxes after another.

    That exact same functionality is available in our form builder, using a drop down list.

    Adding a captcha functionality is necessary if you receive a lot of spam from bots. Is that currently a real issue with your website?

    If not, you're investing your and ourtime into something that does not (yet) pose a problem.

    If so, you're trying to integrate 2 pieces of software from different developers, which doesn't work. The developer will point to us saying the theme doesn't work, we'll point to the developer saying we cannot possible provide support on third party plugins since there's thousands out there.

    If you really feel captcha is necessary I would use a single plugin that'll cover every form wish you have, including recaptcha. But please understand that every extra WordPress has the potential of introducing new incompatibility risks.

    The "Reply-to" field is a special type of text input field. If you use it, the system will verify that the user inputs is an e-mail (it should meet some basic checks, like it should have an @ in it, etc.). If a form is submitted you will receive a notification e-mail with the submitted info. If you reply to that notification e-mail, the "reply-to" will be filled with the e-mail address that the user entered. Where-as if you would have used a regular "text" field that would not be the case.

    We removed the pencil icon from the user interface to make the user interface for that widget consistent with how all other widgets behave. The consistency should make the user interface more intuitive and simple for new users. As you are an existing users it might look weird as you might have the feeling you lost something, but you can be assured you can still edit the form items. To edit the items of the form then first click on the edit icon (the first icon that shows if you hover over the form). Then in the popup that follows simply click on the edit button which you can find on the right site of the label Form Fields.
