Johan van Seijen – Lead Designer
Johan van Seijen is co-founder of Nexus Themes and our lead designer. After gaining a Master’s Degree in Information Science he decided to try his luck in the illustration industry, working for clients as Avantgarde, Cosmopolitan and Glamour. With the return to the software industry grew the desire to create something to be truly proud of and which could spearhead his ambition of having his own company. And this company is what followed. He lives with his wife and daughter in Amsterdam.
Gert-Jan Bark – Lead Developer
Gert-Jan Bark is co-founder and our lead developer. His diverse career has seen him in every aspect of software projects. Starting out as a developer to finally head his own outsourcing organisation he now is the driving force behind the user interaction layout and technical framework. With two decades of software developing under his belt, it has culminated in this product.
Dennis Prins – Designer
Dennis Prins has studied Communication and Multimedia Design in Amsterdam, graphic designer and founder of his own company dennisprins.nl. He is involved in the whole design process, beginning with an analysis of different business niches, ending with creating the themes themselves. After years of learning, he is now able to provide themes that are aesthetically beautiful and effective for the specific business goals.
Brandy Sexton – Support
Brandy has provided copywriting and quality assurance for our themes as well as working on marketing initiatives. With a Master’s degree in Media Studies and over 15 years of content creation and production design experience in London, New York, and Los Angeles, Brandy is Owner/Operator of a marketing services agency in Amsterdam.
Bart Beemster – Designer
Bart has got a degree in Interaction Design and has studied Communication and Multimedia Design in Amsterdam. He is founder of Beemster Webdesign where he mostly works as webdesigner and front-end developer. He has been designing for the web since 2009 and uses that experience to create website templates which are both appealing and elegant designed as efficient for the specific business.
Arnaud Mooijer – Designer
Arnaud runs his own company mooijer-graphic.nl, passionately helping individuals and small businesses to obtain the online presence they need to move forward. With a background in graphic design and a solid number of years of experience the step to become a theme designer as well was a natural one. And one he does with great enthusiasm.
