- No we don’t. Besides the ability to pay with PayPal, you can also use mayor credit card brands.

- Do you offer template bundles (multiple designs for a single price)?
- No we do not. Unlike many other template providers, our website templates include licensed photos, which are included in the product. Because of license restrictions we cannot sell our templates in bulk. Obviously, individual purchases of different templates, will let you obtain the proper licenses. You can read more in our terms and conditions.
- Do you offer template customization services?
- No we do not. There are quite a number of professional web designers, who have been using our templates for years, and are part of our Facebook group. You can place a template customization request by becoming a member of the Facebook group.
- I can’t get the template to work, can you help me?
- If you have trouble installing the website template, please use our contact form or send an email to support@nexusthemes.com, and provide us with working login credentials to your site so we can help you out.
- I get the following message when installing the template: “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.”
